We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data may be shared only where required by law, or with trusted service providers who support camp operations under strict confidentiality obligations.

4. Media & Photography

By consenting to our media release during registration, parents and guardians permit Vanalok to use photographs, videos, or recordings of campers for educational and promotional purposes — including our website, social media, and printed materials. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us in writing.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. Physical records are securely stored; digital records are protected with appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Medical records and consent forms are kept for a minimum of three years following the camp session.

Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment & Registration

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
A completed registration form, along with the required fees, is necessary to secure a spot in the camp.
The camp reserves the right to refuse admission or dismiss a camper due to inappropriate behaviour.

2. Fees & Payments

All camp fees must be paid in full before the camper's start date.
Refunds may be provided under certain circumstances and are subject to the camp's refund policy.

3. Health & Safety

Parents/Guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical information and emergency contact details for their child.
Campers with communicable diseases will not be allowed to attend until a medical professional certifies their recovery.
The camp reserves the right to administer first aid and seek emergency medical treatment when necessary.

4. Code of Conduct

Campers are expected to follow all camp rules and guidelines at all times.
Disruptive or harmful behaviour may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the camp.
Bullying, harassment, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.

5. Supervision & Camper Release

Campers must be dropped off and picked up at the designated times.
Only authorised individuals listed by the parent/guardian may collect a camper. Photo identification may be required.

6. Personal Belongings

The camp is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings.
Valuables, electronic devices, and inappropriate items are strongly discouraged.

7. Cancellation & Changes

The camp reserves the right to cancel or modify programs due to unforeseen circumstances.
Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as reasonably possible.

8. Media Release

Parents/Guardians consent to the use of photographs, videos, or other media featuring their child for camp promotional purposes, including social media and printed materials.

9. Liability Waiver

Parents/Guardians acknowledge and accept that participation in camp activities involves inherent risks. The camp, its staff, and volunteers are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages, except where negligence can be proven.
