To improve our programs and user experience
To comply with legal and safety obligations

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Information may be shared only with program partners or field guides strictly for operational purposes, and only with your implicit consent through registration.

Data Security

Your data is stored securely and accessible only to authorised Vanalok staff. We use industry-standard measures to protect against unauthorised access or disclosure.

Legal

Terms & Conditions

Registrations & Bookings

All camp registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of the registration fee. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Vanalok reserves the right to decline any registration at its discretion.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 15+ days before camp start: 80% refund
Cancellations made 7–14 days before: 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days before: No refund
In case of cancellation by Vanalok due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued

Participant Responsibility

Participants and guardians are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of registration. Vanalok is not liable for incidents arising from undisclosed health conditions.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to respect nature, fellow participants, and program staff. Any behaviour deemed harmful to the environment, group safety, or program integrity may result in removal from the camp without refund.

Photography & Media

By registering, participants consent to being photographed or filmed during program activities. Images may be used for Vanalok's educational and promotional materials. Opt-out requests can be made in writing before the program begins.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
